Please, read through these Terms of use carefully. By using the website nwnow.org, you agree with these Terms, which leads to a legal agreement between you and the New World Now. New World Now (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a commercial organization OOO “Novyj Mir”, represented through the URL nwnow.org (“website”), which, among the other things, allows receiving the information about a NW code (NW code) when purchasing a subscription for the New World Now newsletter. The NW code is a subscriber’s code for the newsletter and it is provided to you every time you buy a subscription. As a user of the website and as a member of our organization, as well as a representative of other organizations, you are a party to this agreement in accordance with the current Terms (“you”).
1. Right to participation
In order to use the website, you must be at least 18 years old, and possess the right to conclude contracts. By using our website, you declare and guarantee that you comply with the above-mentioned requirements and you are not going to use the website in any way that is against the law or statutory regulations. Please note that by stating and guaranteeing, you give a legally binding promise.
2. Period
When you agree to these Terms and purchase a subscription for the New World Now newsletter, you receive a corresponding NW code, an agreement is formed between you and us, and the period of the agreement begins.
3. Receiving and using the NW code
When you purchase a subscription for the newsletter, you receive information about the NW code, which is stored on our servers as an account of the code owner. Every time you buy a Standard subscription, you receive a Common NW code by e-mail. You can freely give common NW code to other people and use it as you wish assuming that such actions are legal, not obscene, threatening, discreditable, violating privacy, violating intellectual property rights, or inflicting losses to third parties in any other way. You can use a Common NW code without any additional data including the information about the e-mail that it was sent to. One person who personally purchased a subscription on the website can only use a Personal NW code. If you have already bought an Expanded subscription and received a Personal NW code, you will receive a Common NW code when you purchase an Expanded subscription again because you can have only one Personal NW code. The Personal NW code is associated with the data that you specified when purchasing an Expanded subscription (full name, e-mail, etc.), and you might be asked to confirm this information when using the code.
4. Terminating an account of an NW code holder
You can terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason by sending us a request for termination of an account of an NW code holder. As soon as we receive this request and identify you as the holder of the account, this account will be deleted. If you are a holder of a Personal NW code, then as soon as your account is deleted, we delete all the data related to it forever, including the NW code. If you are a holder of a common NW code, as soon as we receive your request and identify you as the holder of the account, we delete the information about your e-mail only, while the NW code remains active.
5. Your data
When you purchase a newsletter subscription and create an account of a NW code’s owner, you state and warrant that all the information that you provide to us is full and correct.
6. Right of ownership
All the content posted on this website, such as texts, graphics, logotypes, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, compilations of data and software, including NW codes generated by us, is owned by OOO “Novy mir” or its content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.
By sending any information, including texts, audio, photos, and videos to our e-mail address, you agree to grant our organization a right to uncompensated use of these materials, including their publication in the annual newsletter by New World Now.
Our partners and we respect intellectual property of other people. If you believe your work has been copied in such a way that your intellectual property rights were violated, please, send us the information specified below to the e-mail info@nwnow.org or to the postal address: Russia, St. Petersburg Yakornaya st. 13A, 21, office 212. Please note that this procedure is intended only for notifying us and our partners about the fact that your copyrighted materials have been copied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law you accept full responsibility for any losses arising from your use of the website, including any downloads from the website. If we file a lawsuit against you claiming that you have violated these Terms of use and we prevail in it, we have the right to award all reasonable legal costs and expenses as well as any losses or other compensations that we can receive.
16. Equitable solution
If you violate these Terms, we have the right to ask for a court order or any other fair court decision.
17. Charge rate for summons to court
If we have to provide any information in response to a summons, rule of court, or any other legal, governmental, or regulatory request related to your user account, we can charge a fee for our expenses. These fees may include time spent by a lawyer and an employee on retrieval of the documents, preparation of the documents, and participation in deposition.
18. Liability waiver
We are not responsible for the actions of any third parties, related websites, or other participants.
19. Choice of law
Laws of the Russian Federation shall be applied to any disputes related to these Terms or the website. Any such dispute shall be settled by state and federal courts of the Russian Federation, and each party shall submit to jurisdiction of these courts.
20. Changes
We can change any of the Terms by posting the corrected version on our website. Such new Terms come into force immediately and apply to any further use of the website. We can change the website at any time or terminate the operation of the website and our organization at any time. At the same time, our organization can continue its operation even if the website becomes unavailable for some reasons.
21. Disputes
Any dispute in any way related to your visit of this website or to the products you purchase through this website is brought into arbitration court of the Russian Federation, except for the cases when you somehow violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights. In this case, we can ask for a court order or any other corresponding court decision in any district court of the Russian Federation.
22. Force majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delays or fails in the performance of any part of our service for any reason that is out of our control. This includes, among other things, natural disasters, changes in legislation or statutory regulations, embargo, wars, terroristic acts, pandemics, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, industrial protests, power cuts, volcanic activity, extreme weather conditions, or actions of hackers or third-party internet providers.
23. Residual liability
Even if this agreement is terminated, the following sections shall apply and be in force: “Right to ownership”, “Liability limitation”, “No warranty”, “Compensation of damage”, “Choice of law”, “Disputes”, “Separability”, and “Full agreement”.
24. Separability
If it turns out that a section of these Terms is not enforceable, this section shall be deleted or edited as it is necessary, and the rest of the agreement shall still be enforceable.
25. Full agreement
This agreement and any additional policies shall comprise the full agreement between us in relation to its subject and supersede all previous agreements, representations, and arrangements. Any additional rules shall be considered included in this agreement immediately.
